We currently operate face to face treatment sessions from The Institute, which is an old Wesleyan Methodist Chapel situated in the picturesque village of Woodborough, Nottingham.

We will always have the kettle on to make you feel welcome and relaxed!

The Institute does have disabled access with a gradual ramp to access the main building. The toilet facilities are located just outside of the main building, but are accessible for those with mobility issues (there is a very small step into the toilet).

There is on street parking directly outside of the Institute, and also a public car park across the road.
