The clinic is accessible for wheelchair users but a confident 90 * pivot transfer would be required to access the toilet facilities for full time wheelchair users.

The Institute does have disabled access with a gradual ramp to access the main building. The toilet facilities are located just outside of the main building, but are accessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues (there is a very small step into the toilet).

There is on street parking directly outside of the Institute, and also a public car park across the road.
